CLEAN
2003, exhibition and conference was held in Bangalore from
the 20th to 23rd February 2003 and was an exposition focused on Clean,
Renewable and Sustainable energy.
CLEAN 2003 was organized with the objective of showcasing
clean energy technologies, Products and services for worldwide buyers
and sellers, to showcase India and developing countries as leading
destinations for clean energy products, services and technology.
The product on display showcased Solar Water Heaters, Solar Home Lighting
systems, Solar lighting systems, Statcon panels, LED based solar traffic
signal system, Solar photovoltaic modules, Solar Ecogen, Solar cookers,
Solar garden lights, models of windmills, electric vehicles, biomass
gasifier, sun-light reflector, solar pumpsets etc.
CLEAN 2003 provided a quality platform for the clean and
renewable energy industry where 50 exhibitors from India exhibited
a variety of products and services representing the entire spectrum
of the clean energy industry.
The fair was a grand success, evoking trade interest from all regions
of India, as well as from international visitors / buyers and manufacturers
evaluating the Indian market. The exhibition was visited by 2100 delegates
serves to endorse the success of CLEAN 2003 as the premier clean energy
show in India.
The CLEAN 2003 two-day conference inaugurated by
the Honorable Minister for Non-conventional Energy Sources was a success.
Attended by 250 delegates from different countries and presented by
40 prominent speakers from the industry.
