Greetings from Indian Institute of Architects Karnataka Chapter.

Karnataka Chapter is hosting the XIX National Convention of the India Institute of Architects on 20, 21, 22 December 2002; at Grand Ashoka Hotel, Bangalore. About 800 + delegates from all over the country are expected to participate in this annual event, which provides an occasion for the architects to meet in fellowship and exchange ideas. It also provides the manufacturers and others in the building industry an opportunity to disseminate information about their products by participating, in the convention as sponsors/advertisers/exhibitors.

The relation between the building industry and the community of Architects has been long standing and cherished one. We seek your support to this mega event of IIA.

Details of Sponsorship are as follows :

Dinner :

• Sponsors of dinners get an opportunity to exhibit their product at the dinner venue.
• 20 minutes presentation time.
• Their brochure will be distributed with the conference kit.
• Their logo and name will be displayed at the backdrop of the stage.
• Banners at a few places can be displayed during the evening programme.
• They will also be provided with a free stall at the Exhibition.
• Invitation for Dinner will be printed with their name and logo.

Contribution towards sponsorship of dinner is Rs.7,50,000/-

Lunch :

• Sponsors of Lunch get a 15 minutes presentation before lunch during the convention.
• Their product can be displayed at the lunch venue.
• Banner can be put up at the lunch venue.
• Their brochures will be distributed with the kit.
• They will be provided with a free stall at the Exhibition.
• The lunch coupons carry their logo and name

Contribution towards sponsorship for lunch is Rs. 5,00,000/-

Breakfast :

• Sponsor of breakfast get a 10 minutes presentation before the first Technical session of the day.
• Their brochures will be distributed with the kit.
• Their banner can be displayed at the Breakfast venue.
• Breakfast coupons will carry their logo and name.
• The coupons carry their logo and name.

Contribution towards sponsorship of breakfast is Rs. 2,00,000/-

Tea :

• The Tea Sponsors will be provided banner space at the venue.
• Their brochures will be distributed with the kit.

Contribution towards sponsorship of tea is Rs.80,000/-
