 India's first focused event on Solar Technology-
Solar Tech India 2007 - a three day event was
organised to pave a path for the related business
community to derive benefit from. The
international conference concurrent to the
exhibition brought to the forum the best from
industry to share their knowledge, ideas and
vision. The event was designed to showcase the
ability of solar technology for sustainable
development and to highlight the opportunities
arising from the visible growth of the renewable

ideas and experience sharing. This is likely to give
impetus to more research for wider application of
solar energy in our day-to-day life, attract new
investments, open new business opportunities
and accelerate development & promotion of solar energy technologies in our country. The event, thus, brought the international solar fraternity together and provided a viable platform to make business happen.
